Lentils, beans, garbanzo beans, chick peas etc. are some of the powerful legumes. Other protein sources are tofu, soy milk, and nuts. Whole grains such as wheat, rye barley, quinoa, brown rice, etc, are also important. There is no need to trouble about getting enough protein. All you need to do is eat a variety of these nutrients and you will get all the protein you need. Last but not least don’t leave to drink plenty of water.
