Important Reasons To Drink Clean Distilled Water

There is no shortage of types of water, but what kind of water meets my special needs? I’ve decided to drink only water that has been distilled. These are my reasons. I have to swallow numerous drugs and supplements every day. A lot means almost 50 pills daily. That’s a lot. I do not have much choice, but to get down each and every one of them without getting sick.
I have osteoporosis and have needed to swallow natural calcium capsules daily
As a result of some of the medications I have had to take, I now have other aliments. I have to swallow more pills to counter these ailments. For example, I have osteoporosis and have had to take calcium capsules each day. This is because of the very high doses of Prednisone, because of pretty severe Crohns disease. Pay attention to the water quality reports that your water company gives you, because you can learn a lot. I almost don’t want to know, but I’m actually glad I read them.

One time my uncle stopped by to see me and we had a conversation about chemicals added to the water. Since he travels a lot, and he told me that he usually brings distilled water. Why, I asked? He told me that it’s the only water he can be sure of. In addition, anyone can buy distilled water in any food store.
I had never thought of that. Before, my only uses for distilled water for ironing and wetting baby wipes. After this conversation, I’ve had even more intestinal problems. Because of intestinal problems, I now have to take an increased number of pills. Besides my medicine for Crohns, I also must take supplements, including multivitamins and some extra vitamins along with a calcium pyruvate 750mg supplement because of dietary deficiencies.
Because of Crohn’s Disease, I’m very sensitive to smells that make it so that I can’t keep my medicine down. So, I’ve decided to drink only distilled water, because I must always swallow all my drugs and supplements each day.
