The sweet thing about detox diets, you don’t have to break your regular daily routine. The only thing you have to mind for the time being is what you eat and how you eat it. Short of that, it’s life and business as usual. Yet at the end of it, you’ll feel like you have been working out for a hundred years and you have just arrived.
Upon completion of a detox, you’d feel like a new man through and through. It is the kind of thing you do and now wonder if you shouldn’t have been done with it a lot earlier. I don’t know of a detox diet that will kill you just yet. And the way these things are packaged, you don’t even get to be too uncomfortable when you are on one. You need to get on up now and start on your own detox; your life could depend on it.
